Outpatient Mental Health Services Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Here are answers to common questions about our offerings:

Who are outpatient behavioral health services for?

Our outpatient programs are for adults 18+ with severe mental health issues that are getting in the way of daily life. Patients are stable enough to live at home but require more intensive therapy than standard private outpatient services can offer.

How quickly can new patients be seen?

We admit new patients on a rolling basis, so if you are eligible, you can start treatment within a few days. Admissions representatives are on-site and perform assessments within one day — even on weekends. Contact us.

Can I continue working or pursuing hobbies during outpatient mental health treatment?

Yes. Patients in IOP or SAIOP have time for activities outside of therapy. The format of our IOP is three days a week, mornings only, making it easier to work during treatment.

What conditions do outpatient behavioral services treat?

Our programs are for people with severe or worsening:

  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Depression
  • Dual diagnosis (substance use disorder plus a mental health condition)
  • Emotion regulation, such as managing intense anger
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
