The Old Vineyard Campus
Old Vineyard is located in a beautiful, campus-like setting in Winston-Salem and is accredited by The Joint Commission. Whether you or a loved one struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction or suicidal thoughts, Old Vineyard makes it our mission to provide exceptional care that helps to address behavioral health challenges. Our inpatient 164-bed hospital has services for adolescents to seniors with specialty adult programs for trauma recovery, mood disorders and dual diagnosis with substance use.
Old Vineyard’s outpatient programs include short-term adult day programs as well as an evening program for adolescents. These programs are for individuals who desire to enhance their life management skills. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) meets daily to focus on coping skills relating to interpersonal effectiveness, stress tolerance, emotion regulation, and mindfulness. This program also involves a provider for medication management. In addition, Old Vineyard has an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with a licensed therapist that meets three times each week.
